History

For many years, ALMA Packaging AG is the technology leader in the production of composite films for food packaging with up to nine layers. Several times in our history we have already proven our constant pioneering spirit. In addition to our own biofilm, we developed, for example, one of the first fat-resistant films for packaging margarine and other fresh products, which greatly boosted the sale of fresh products in self-service shops.

Our story began in 1936 and is far from over.
